Our Plush Bath + Body Oils are now refillable. Keep your empty glass container and purchase an eco-friendly refill pouch to conveniently refill the product with less waste.
Our refill pouches contain the same amount as our glass containers, at a cost of 15% less.

JAR RETURNS 

Return your jars for store credit! If you don't have access to recycling, this is a great way to make sure your product containers/packaging doesn't go to landfill. Each glass jar and/or bottle will earn you an additional 10% off your purchase. 

HOW IT WORKS

Please make sure to read and follow our guidelines to receive credit.

  1. You must have a Loyalty Account with us to receive credit. Click the "Rewards" at the bottom of the webpage to enroll.
  2. Earn a 10% discount per full size glass jar (2oz, 4oz, 8oz) bottles or jar. Returning the lid/cap isn't necessary to receive credit but we will recycle it if you return it. 1oz jars, metal tins, and cardboard tubes are not eligible for store credit, but we will happily accept them to reuse, recycle or compost.
  3. Must be returning 4 or more jars to be eligible for free shipping. 
  4. We will only accept our own glass containers in exchange for the discount. Please do not ship/drop off another company's packaging. Only our full size glass jars are eligible for credit, but we will accept anything purchased from our site to be responsibly disposed of.
  5. Jars must be completely clean of product and label residue to be eligible for credit. We will not accept damaged/broken jars for credit. 

HOW TO START 

Step 1

Clean and scrub out your jars of remaining product residue and remove the label. Receiving already-clean jars makes the sanitization process a million times easier for us, so we greatly appreciate it.  Labels are easily removed by soaking in warm water.

Step 2

Email us at info@its-plush.com to receive a free shipping label. Include your FULL NAME and EMAIL ADDRESS in the email. 

Local Recyclers: Please drop off at a local event or market. 

Step 3

Ship or drop off your package.

Step 4

Once we receive your jars, we will add the credit to your account.
